About Rep. Tosh

Rep. Dwight Tosh is serving his sixth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 38 which includes portions of Craighead, Poinsett, and Jackson Counties. 

For the 94th General Assembly, Rep. Tosh serves as the Chair of the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also serves on the House Public Transportation Committee and the Joint Budget Committee. 

Rep. Tosh is a retired Arkansas State Police Captain.

He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Jonesboro, the Arkansas State Police Retired Association and the Arkansas State Police Association. He is a father of two and currently resides in Jonesboro with his wife, Joan.
